In the evening you are invited to cocktails by your hosts and we will be joined by a prominent landscape architect responsible for garden developments at various resorts, spas, villas and private estates in Asia, including Bali. The following morning we leave for Bali and arrive in time for lunch and officially begin our Bali Garden Tour. Bali Garden Tour Although described as a garden tour, our tour encompasses much more. In Bali we will have the opportunity to meet with local artists, renowned designers and architects, visit various public and private gardens, attend traditional Balinese ceremonies, take exclusive tours of private homes and experience Balinese culture. We will see gardens that have been featured in various international publications. We have arranged stays at unique properties regarded for their level of service, attention to their guests and of course known for their own unique gardens and property. Some of the places and people we will be visiting during our tour: Renown Designer John Hardy at the John Hardy Design Studio Linda Garland at the Panchoran Retreat and home of the Environmental Bamboo Foundation Our Accommodations and Cuisine page also lists additional places of interest that we will visit A day tailored to your own unique interests One of the most unique experiences of the tour is a day built completely around your own personal interests. Whether you choose to go golfing, scuba diving, sailing, take private yoga classes, treat yourself to a full day at the spa, take cooking classes, Balinese dance etc., shop for your art collection, or hike Mount Batuer, we will make all the arrangements for you, either individually, as a couple, or as a small group.
